Change in practice time for Thursday, 1/24/13

Sorry to get this out so late, but today's practice time has been changed from 2:45 to 12:00 noon.

Coach Barbadoro will meet all Winter Track athletes at 12 noon today in the lobby area outside of the West Gym.

We will have a team meeting around 2:50 and you will go home on the 3:20 bus.

Practice Schedule for Wk. of 1/21/13

1/21 - Monday: MLK Day, No School, No Practice

1/22 - Tuesday: Practice til 5:20.

1/23 - Wednesday: 1/2 Day (Exams), Practice from 2:45 - 5:20, athletes need to get a ride
                                back to school for practice, then take the bus home.

1/24 - Thursday: 1/2 Day (Exams), Practice from 2:45 - 5:20, athletes need to get a ride
                            back to school for practice, then take the bus home.

1/25 - Friday: 1/2 Day (Exams), NO PRACTICE!!

1/8/13 - Meet #2 @ The Bubble

Today's Meet at The "Bubble" will be our second one of the season. The meet will start at 5pm.
 It will feature the following events:

Shuttle Hurdle Relay
4x200 Relay
1600m Run
55m Dash
800m Run
4x400m Relay
High Jump

Our next meet will be the Group II State Relays, this Sunday January 13. It will also take place at The Bubble in Toms River. The meet will start at 4 pm. We will leave NBC at 1:15
